Our Story
As a nurse — and through her own experience with physical pain — Katherine spent years inside the healthcare system and noticed a gap between traditional care and everyday life.
That’s the gap she built Lily Eden to fill — the missing link between traditional care and everyday wellness. Nurse-led wellness that supports the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.

Meet Katherine
For over a decade, Katherine has cared for people at every stage of life — from the cardiac ICU, to leading nursing teams, to walking alongside families in hospice. Through all of it, one truth kept surfacing: people heal more fully when someone tends to the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
She knew it personally, too. After facing her own season of physical pain, Katherine saw the same gap from both sides — the space between traditional care and everyday life, where people are too often left to figure out wellness on their own.
As a registered nurse and Duke Health & Well-Being trained health coach, she brings clinical insight and genuine care together — helping each person steady their mind, ease stress, and take ownership of their wellbeing. She meets you where you are, and walks with you toward where you want to be.
Guided by faith, she leads with patience, kindness, and presence.
